How can I pay for my service?

At the time of service with cash or a check
We can also send an invoice, but depending on cost, a transaction fee may be applied.

When is my payment due?

Residential Payments are due at the time of service
Commercial Payments are due on the last day of the month

Will the same field agent be sent to my home?

All homes are assigned three field agents, first field agent being the primary that is most familiar with your home.
Second field agent being second person most familiar with your home.
The third field agent is an employee on call who is completely trained.

When is the arrival time?

We have two arrival times, 8 am to noon and 11 am to 3 pm. These arrival times depend on the types of services you are receiving. If you need an exact arrival time we can give you a call 30 minutes prior to our arrival.

Can your staff use my cleaning products?

If you would like for our field agents to use your cleaning products, or equipment just notify our office and arrangements will be made to accommodate that request.

What is your company doing in regards to Covid-19?

Our company is working hard to combat the Covid-19 virus. We are taking precautionary measures for your safety as well as the safety of our staff.
We offer Personal Protective Equipment for our staff. Masks are required in office and on the field. We sanitize our office and equipment as well as daily temperature checks of all staff.
